Hi, I'm Aaron! I'm also the Owner and Founder here at F.I.T. CONCEPTS. I started this company out of an immense passion for helping others overcome the difficulties associated with health, fitness, and lifestyle change. Getting to this point was not an easy battle for me though. You could say that Health and Fitness was my personal saving grace!
You see, in 2007 I was involved in a horrific car accident that ended in the death of a completely innocent individual and my incarceration in the Florida Department of Corrections. It was here, in prison, that I found a passion for what I do now. I spent a majority of the nine years that I was incarcerated educating myself in many different areas, but mainly in Health, Fitness, and Personal Development. I read a host of educational material that my family would send me along with anything I could get my hands on in the prison library. As you could expect doing this was not an easy task as the prison environment is not conducive towards upward mobility!
I was released from prison in 2017 and enrolled in a technical school that offered an education in Personal Training and Exercise Physiology. After graduating I took it a step further and pursued an education through The National Academy of Sports Medicine, specializing in Corrective Exercise and Weight Loss. Most recently, I have attained a Nutritional Coaching certification through NASM as well. My collective education allows me to bridge the gap between Personal Training and Nutritional Coaching, ultimately giving me the ability to better assist my clients and build immense value in my programs.
Since the time I was released from prison I have accomplished so much more than my education and ability to pursue my passion of helping others. Aside from building my business, I've met an amazing woman named Aryssa. We were recently married on October 30, 2020 and bought our first home shortly thereafter. I don't want you to think that I'm telling you all of this to toot my own horn or anything. It is only to show you what hard work, determination, and tons of self discipline can do when applied properly.
I now live my life in a much more positive manner and my personal goal is to help promote the same upward mobility that I have created for myself. One of my personal favorite quotes to live by is that of our U.S. Navy SEAL's "NO EASY DAYS". I choose to live my life in this manner because you never know what life will throw at you or when you will be asked to perform at your peak physical and mental levels. So, by fortifying our bodies and minds, we become comfortable being uncomfortable, and have the mindset that nothing can slow us down, then we can conquer anything in our path!
My name is Lauren Nicole. I am a Personal Trainer, Nutritionist, Certified Mental Health Clinician and Health and Wellness Coach who has been in the industry and transforming women's minds and bodies for a decade!
After battling and overcoming an eating disorder at a very young age, I was determined to figure out how the mind works; what makes us all tick, what are people's, "whys" which lead into their "why not's" and analyzing both positive and negative behaviors.
In 2011 I graduated with my Masters in Mental Health and Psychology. That same year, I was continuing my passion in training, nutrition and coaching. I obtained my Personal Training, small group fitness and Nutrition Certifications in order to help specifically women in several different capacities.
In 2015 I put all the knowledge and experience to the test on myself and took the steps to becoming a female bodybuilder, specifically a bikini competitor. There is nothing quite like show prep. The mental and physical determination required to do this are second to none. One show and I was hooked. Sometimes we need to push ourselves to the absolute limit to really see what we are made of.
Nutrition, training, mindset work need to be completely aligned in my opinion. They are the puzzle pieces of complete success in terms of weight loss and transformation.
Today I help women through training, nutrition, and mindset, helping them realize their full potential and of course losing the weight they desire to in order to be confident and happy in their body!

After your consultation, you will get your F.I.T. CONCEPTS Onboarding Kit. Complete your Client Profile and PAR-Q so your F.I.T. COACH can design your personalized fitness program!
This 1 hour video consultation gives you a chance to acquaint yourself with your F.I.T. COACH and discover what it is going to take to reach your specific fitness goals. This is also your opportunity to ask any questions pertaining to your program, diet, etc, etc.
We utilize a few different movement assessments and tests to identify your current skill and ability level. THIS IS JUST A STARTING POINT! However, it will give us a baseline strength and endurance level that we can utilize to quantify your fitness programming. As you progress in your training, you and your F.I.T. COACH will reassess your progress to ensure that you are consistently making progress towards your goals!
You will access your personalized program through our app that your F.I.T. COACH will have you download during your consultation. Your F.I.T. COACH will provide detailed coaching cues for each of your workouts complete with video instruction. At the end of each session you complete you will update your training stats, and review performance. Your F.I.T. COACH will use this data to continue progressing you thorough your program.
Regardless of your goals or ability level our coaching does not stop when you step out of the gym. Your F.I.T. COACH will review your nutritional habits and make recommendations that will lead to a much more sustainable diet. F.I.T. CONCEPTS is invested in you as a Client and a person! Your F.I.T. COACH will always help you to find ways to overcome life's hurdles and keep you going through the tough times. We also love to celebrate with you in times of joy! So don't ever hesitate to keep us in the loop as to what is going on in your life and how we can help!

Here at F.I.T. CONCEPTS, Functional Integrated Training is not just part of our name. It is the foundation that we base each of our Client's Custom Programs around.
Functional Training has been practiced for a long period of time and is not new to the fitness industry. However, many Coaches and Programs only base their Functional Training Programs around a few specific “Functional Movements” and fail to account for Posture Correction and Altered Movement Patterns.
This unfortunately minimizes the effectiveness of the training program for clients due to the movement's specificity. Our programming differs because we take into account how each movement functions in conjunction with our Client’s day to day movement patterns. We then implement exercises that will improve the function/performance/recovery of those day to day movement patterns.
Ultimately, this results in a more well rounded program that will help prevent injury, boost recovery, improve posture and movement, reduce body fat, increase muscle mass, and improve cardiovascular efficiency.
